The most qualified individual selected for this role will be highly focused on providing superior service to both current members and all prospective members of the club.

MGCC is a family focused club, located in Bel Air, a very affluent and growing area 40 minutes from Baltimore and 1 ½ hours from Philadelphia and DC. The club is the only full-service private club in Harford County.

The Sous Chef will have a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a kitchen, ideally with a private member owned country club. The ideal candidate will have a diverse professional skill set, focusing on effective communication, organization, and practical knowledge of culinary operations.
